In last week’s Totem Tuesday, we shared that our next batch of Totems was scheduled to leave the warehouse the following day.
Well... this shipment has been on quite the journey—three separate delays, each with its own story. 🙃
But finally, we’ve got good news: our fulfillment partner has confirmed that the shipment is definitely landing tomorrow, with many orders going out same day!
We know the timing may be frustrating—especially with festival season kicking off—but we’re so grateful for your patience, and we seriously cannot wait for you to get your Totems and change your festival game forever.

1) User Manual Coming Soon!
Meet your new favorite sidekick: the Totem Compass User Manual—a pocket-sized, picture-packed guide to everything you need to know about your Totem.
One of our most highly-requested additions for Totem resources ever since we began shipping is a physical user manual—which makes total sense, given this is a phone and screen-free device, after all! 😆
Originally, we planned to launch the manual alongside our official packaging coming later this Spring. But thanks to Tribe feedback, we realized it needed to exist right now, not just whenever the boxes are ready.
Moving forward, the User Manual will be shipped out with all units beginning in mid-April.
And we’re kind of obsessed with it. It’s got crystal-clear definitions of every feature, step-by-step guides, and yes—tons of helpful PICTURES so you’re never guessing which button does what.
