I haven't had a chance to use it at a concert yet, but I have 4 and have used them on an acre of land. Seems very accurate!
One of my most convenient daily uses of Totem is to find my wife's direction when she is out walking the dog.
It was absolutely amazing and I enjoyed my day and nights as I didn't have to worry about anyone. I liked it so much I found myself becoming a salesperson to my friends in the morning.
I used it at a concert venue and it worked perfectly, allowing me to find my group post snack and merch lines!
All of my rave friends have one and we went to a rave in downtown Atlanta. Worked like a charm!
My experience was great! As soon as I got mine I made sure I linked all my friends and my totem together and went outside to try them out at a local park see if we can find each other. I now never have to worry or struggle on having to locate my friends in events or worry that I can’t find them.
I've used it in the mountains while on the ski slopes. It worked great!
I used my Totems on St Patrick's Day. I am from Savannah Georgia, which we are notorious for having the second biggest parade in the world so it was very useful.
I am currently at Reggae Rise up in Florida. My dad, daughter and I have been using them the entire time. WHAT A GAME CHANGER! My dad has used it to find us multiple times after we have been separated. Saves us from trying to call each other in the fun chaos of dense crowds and loud music at the festival.
We took them to Countdown in San Bernardino. They worked pretty well, and actually helped us when one of our friends had a blood glucose scare. Her blood sugar tanked and our friends had her candy/snacks. We used the SOS feature and after a few minutes of wondering why we were taking so long, my other friends realized that the SOS beacon was flashing on their totems. They eventually made their way to us and helped us get her situated and feeling better again.
My daughter and I got 3 of 5 set up. (Very excited to have them at the Colorado regional burn when we take the kids) No cell service. The night we got them she walked down the street. I drove my car in a different direction. Left the third one in a tiny library. Then I went and found her. And she got in the car and then we went and she found the one in the little library. It went flawlessly.
My Totem Compass experience was amazing! Perfection so far, will definitely help groups stay together!
Friends lost at a festival? Not anymore. Don't know how to describe the location of a stage? Just follow the light! I used Totem compasses to keep track of my friends at a protest recently. This technology isn't just for festivals and fun! It worked great, we did get separated at one point but found each other easily.
Overall, I feel way less panic about where the kids are, especially as they get a bit older and want more independence!
Using my Totems was a lot of fun! We played LED frisbee in complete darkness and were actually able to play for a while, since we could see where each person was standing because of their Totem.
My experience was amazing!! It will change live events in the future by allowing solo missions to occur and also for us to find each other wherever, whenever!
A joyful experience and a relief to know we can locate each other! Will make live events much more enjoyable and worry free!
So far, it’s been great at connecting me with my friends, although it is difficult to use in New York City.
I haven't gotten a chance to use it at a festival yet, my next will probably be Lost Lands. I have however messed with them some, and it's all felt incredibly smooth and easy to use.
Our experience so far was great. There's so many applications that a device like this can be helpful. Helping people find your people is so incredibly important. Safety does matter and making it back to your people safe matters!
Moderate success on the first outing! Will run a refresher course and try again when my friends and I gather again in 2 weeks.
It was great! I also had sooo many people asking me about this so thank you.
If more people start getting it, it will make it so easy to find our people in a concert!
My experience using the Totem Compass was good! Slightly confusing set up but other than that good!
I have only been able to play around with it around the area so far but have enjoyed seeing how it will work in a festival!
