🔁 Return Window

Old: 14 Days

New: 60 Days ✅

Why the change?
We want you to feel totally confident in your Totem Compass purchase. That’s why we’re giving you more time to take your Totems for a spin—whether that’s around the neighborhood, at a park, or anywhere with a clear view of the horizon!

Important: Refunds will only be issued for items returned in their original, undamaged condition. If an item isn’t resaleable, it won’t be eligible for a return.

Old: 90 Days

New: 1 Year ✅

Why the change?
We’ve always stood behind the quality of our products and have consistently replaced Totems when hardware issues came up—even after 90 days. Now, we’re putting that same commitment into writing so all customers, new and longtime, know exactly what to expect.
