Action: Hold the Totem Compass in a vertical orientation.

Action: Move two (2) Totem Compasses together (~1 inch away) in Compass Mode. Wait 3 seconds, then press & hold Touch Crystal at the same time.
Animation: Halo will fill with Aqua lights, then will change to the color of your Bonded peer and collapse to a single point on the Halo. The Bond light will then jump into your Touch Crystal.
Animation: If you attempt to Bond more than four (4) peers, the Halo will quickly flash a color quadrant, displaying all four (4) Peer colors.
Action: You must delete an existing Bonded peer before you can Bond with another Totem Compass.

The Touch Crystal will twinkle with Blue, Purple, and Pink lights. The Halo rotates continuously with White light, representing the device's attempt to locate and connect to an available network.
This animation continues until a Wi-Fi network is found and successfully connected.
Action: Triple-click the SOS button while your Totem is powered on to update your software.
Animation: When the Totem Compass is downloading a software update, the Touch Crystal will twinkle with Blue, Purple, and Pink lights and the halo will progressively fill with White light to indicate the download progress.
Once the download is complete, it will reboot and power on with the updated crystal color.
Action: Triple-click the SOS button while your Totem is powered on to update your software.
Animation: The Halo will blink Orange.
The software will discard any partially downloaded updates and will reboot using the previous software version.
